Masala is a dish of chunks of roasted, marinated vegetables in a mild spiced curry sauce. This sauce is creamy and orange in colour and it is polished with almond flakes.

The key ingredients being coconut, lime and a specific Cylon (Sri Lanka) curry powder, which classifies it as “hot” on most guides.
